DYIMUN

All delegates participating in Diplomatic Youth International MUN are required to comply and adhere to the Terms and Conditions, as stated below:

Eligibility and Registration Process:

 

  1. Delegates must be between 13-25 years old.
  2. Must be enrolled in school or university or be a recent graduate.
  3. Delegates of all backgrounds are welcome to participate.
  4. All delegates are required to register via www.dyimun.com by clicking the “Register” link and filling out the registration form.
  5. Diplomatic Youth International MUN reserves the right to allocate delegates based on their preferences and in the case those preferences are not available, they will be allocated by the discretion of the organizing committee to other available slots.
  6. All allocations are final and will not be changed.
  7. Diplomatic Youth International MUN works on a first-come, first-serve basis, hence all Council and Country allocations will be sent after the payment is made.
  8. All payments are non-refundable.

Privacy and Intellectual Property Rights:

 

  1. Diplomatic Youth International MUN reserves the right over all data collected during the conference, including pictures and video recordings during all conference meetings, without limits.
  2. Diplomatic Youth International MUN reserves all rights over the documents and materials distributed to the delegates for the conference. All delegates participating in Diplomatic Youth International MUN agree to not distribute any documents and materials given by the conference to other parties.

Code of Conduct:

 

  1. All registrants confirm that all information listed in the registration form is 100% accurate to their fullest knowledge. If found to be faking their information, Diplomatic Youth International MUN has the right to terminate the registrant’s position in the conference, meaning they will not be allowed to participate in the conference, and will not be given any refunds.
  2. Delegates agree that all work done by them during the conference will be their own original work. Plagiarism of any kind will not be tolerated and if found to have plagiarized their work, their participation in the conference will be canceled.
  3. Diplomatic Youth International MUN strives to be an inclusive and safe space for all. Any form of harassment, discrimination and/or abuse (including abusive and racist language) will not be tolerated and will be removed from the conference immediately and will be banned from future conferences. If you notice any of the above violations occurring during or prior to the conference, please notify the organizing committee right away.
  4. All delegates are expected to be polite and respectful to each other. Disrespectful phrases and language will not be tolerated and may lead to the removal of the delegate from the conference.

All delegates participating in Diplomatic Youth International MUN acknowledge and agree to the Code of Conduct and all Terms and Conditions.
